Take a step back in time and be blown away by the Southern Hemispheres largest collection of armoured vehicles and artillery, The Australian Armour and Artillery Museum is conveniently located next to Skyrail and Tjapukai.

On display daily, discover genuine pieces of history including captured items from World War I and II, Northern Africa and the Pacific. Vehicles, weaponry and artillery you usually only get to see in the movies, all in one convenient location, right here in the Far North!

To add some excitement to your day, come along for an army style Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) Ride adventure. Their custom fitted APC seats 10 passengers and has a turret on top to replicate the look of a tank but with comfort design to suit all, rides available on site daily at 11am and 2pm.

The perfect experience for the whole family, exhibits, APC rides, kids corner, our retail store plus loads more to come throughout the year!

The downstairs shooting gallery allows people over 12 years of age to experience what its like to shoot real military and sporting rifles.
